"Creative Ageing" is a project run by the Courtyard Centre to engage the elderly community in the arts. The programme operates both on site at the centre and off site, where specialist arts sessions are delivered in care homes across the country. The project aims to combat isolation for older people by delivering high quality arts sessions to improve their personal independence, allowing them to become more active, improving health, well-being and quality of life.
