Resolve key topographical issues arising from sloped site.
Remove boundaries and integrate circulation spaces into wider atrium space (as currently circulation spaces are long, isolated corridors).
To be fully inclusive for Stratford's community, the building must be accessible for all abilities; currently, the descent to the canal is only stepped access and would not meet this standard.
Acoustic performance of studio spaces needs to be considered and resolved.
5. RESOLVE FACADE
Main facade facing onto Edge Lane is aesthetically unappealing; this needs to be enhanced to be a dynamic selling point for the building.
