THRESHOLDS

Existing access consists of a singular entrance to the rear of the site. Potential to re-open the existing Essoldo entrance as a new gateway to the site.
Site boundary is defined following demolition of parts of the Essoldo and Edge lane properties.
Connection point to Essoldo is erected and multiple thresholds established, allowing for multiple points of access between the canal side, the new build and the Essoldo. This also emphasises a distinction between public and private access.
